Oxford Park Retirement Village offers all levels of care to the elderly, through our Independent Living Units, St Joseph's Villa Hostel, St Joseph's Villa Monastery Annexe, the Madonna Villa Nursing Home, and Oxford Park Community Care.

Built in the federation style and surrounded by beautiful gardens and mature leafy trees, Oxford Park Retirement Village is a tranquil and relaxing place to reside.

The Village is conveniently located close to the Oxford Park railway station, local bus stops, and the increasingly popular cafes, restaurants and shopping in nearby Blackwood Street. It is also close to the local RSL and sporting clubs. For residents who don’t have their own transport, the village bus makes regular trips to Brookside shopping centre.

Oxford Park Retirement Village's services have full accreditation from the Department of Health and Ageing's Aged Care Standards Agency.

Our 58 Independent Living Units are designed for people who currently enjoy an independent lifestyle yet are looking for the additional security of a higher level of ongoing care at the same location if the need arises.

Residents of our independent living units have access to:

St Joseph's Villa offers 46 low care beds and 10 low care dementia-specific secure beds. Residents are encouraged and supported to remain independent and active in all aspects of their daily living through a range of facilities and services, including:

• An ensuite bathroom and a balcony included with all single rooms
• A busy lifestyle program designed by our qualified Leisure and Recreation Coordinator
• Holistic care provided by our multi-disciplinary team of Qualified Nurses, Home Care Assistants and Physiotherapists
• Professional advice and support from visiting General Practitioners, Dieticians, Podiatrists and Pharmacists.

The Redemptorist Monastery has long been a symbol of hope and care within the community and has been given new life with its loving restoration to create St Joseph's Villa Monastery Annexe, open since which opened to new residents in March 2008.

With its charm and grandeur retained, the heritage-listed Monastery Annexe offers:

• 18 luxurious low care residential suites on the two top floors
• Several suites for couples
• A number of welcoming community and recreational spaces overlooking spectacular views
• A fully serviced kitchen and dining room.

Meticulously designed with the highest level of comfort, convenience and care in mind, each suite has been professionally furnished by interior designers. The spacious bedrooms, lounges and ensuite bathrooms display both practicality and style. Modern conveniences are not forgotten with flat screen LCD TVs, air conditioning and ceiling fans featuring in each suite.

For peace of mind, each suite is fitted with an emergency call button, registered nursing staff are available 24 hours a day, and excellent security arrangements are in place.

On the other side of the complex sits our 52 bed high-level care nursing home, offering extra services to the frailer members of our Village and the local community. With superior accommodation and devoted nursing staff, Madonna Villa sets the standard in residential high care. Maintaining dignity and respect for our elderly residents underpins our commitment to care. In an atmosphere of serenity, our staff, residents and their families all work together to ensure harmony and peace.

Our community team provides care to 40 homes in the surrounding district, allowing the elderly to continue living independently within their own homes.

Our trained community care staff provide services tailored to meet individual needs including:
